I’ve made some great chocolates out of this, as well as some jell-o treats, and could not be happier. Highly recommended!

cool idea but could be improved

the tray is flexible to make it easier to remove the cubes but that makes it hard to get from the sink to the freezer without spilling. You’ll want a perfecly flat space in your freezer for best results – hard to come by in mine. Also, there really should be a lip around each cube well as it’s very easy to lose water out of the tray if you move or jostle it before it’s frozen – and the cubes are pretty thin to begin with. I wish they were another 1/2″ deeper.

I lay it flat on a small cookie sheet in the freezer and fill it in place with bottled water – a bit of a pain but isn’t the whole idea of this to make good looking cubes?

These are so cute. It’s a great design and a great size. I’ll be melting plastic pony beads in these molds to make Christmas ornaments. The mold can be used in the oven or the freezer – nice work, guys!

Pretty good!

Silicone is nice and it holds its shape well.
Got this for my brother for this birthday and he likes it better than the hard plastic ice cube trays.

Ok, maybe cold or even frozen. Yes, this is a geek novelty but it is fun and a conversation starter.

It is exactly as described. Perfect size for mixed drinks/alcoholic beverages. The silicone makes it a little hard to pop them out once frozen, they like to stick a bit. Nothing crazy, they always come out and the tray always stays in perfect condition. I got this as a gift for my hard working hubby who likes to enjoy a nice glass of whiskey on the rocks when he gets home from work. Sometimes I’ll pop them in there to bring an extra smile to his face after a hard day. A success every time!

I love how there’s ice trays shaped like this. Some might think they’re a little small but if you look at the dimensions before buying it makes sense. Plus I’m planning on using them to make chocolate for my next birthday cake! And I can make candy and pore that in as well. All and all it’s wonderful and there’s many advantages to them. The only down side is they didn’t make something like this sooner so I could have been enjoying it longer.

These trays are a bit of a disappointment. Thin, the resulting cubes look more like ice chips than Starfleet emblems. Almost impossible to distinguish any detail on the ice.

Highly recomend
